Ingredients

1 Large Green Bell Pepper

4–5 Yellow and Red Sweet Peppers

1 Onion

Skirt Steak

Fajita Seasoning

Oil

Instructions

Marinate Steak in fajita seasoning and refrigerate for 24 hours

Cut vegetables and add salt, pepper and lemon

On a cast iron skillet add oil

Put the steak on it

Cook from both sides then slice

Sauté vegetables

Warm up the tortillas

Layer vegetables, steak and salsa on it

Ingredients

6 Tomatoes

2 Jalapeno

4–5 Garlic Cloves

Cilantro

1 small Onion

2 Spring onion

Lemon Juice

Salt

Pepper

Instructions

Finely chop tomatoes, onion, spring onion one jalapeno and cilantro

Fire roast or oven roast 3–4 tomatoes, jalapeno and garlic

Wrap jalapeno in aluminum foil to soften its skin

Deskin tomatoes

Deskin and deseed jalapeno

Blend Fire roasted vegetables and lemon juice

Mix Fresh and blended vegetables

Serve with nachos, tacos, etc, etc.
