Chicken Broth Benefits

Ingredients

1.5 lbs. Chicken Bones

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Black Cardamom

1 Star Anise

1 Cinnamon Stick

10–12 Black Pepper corns

3–4 Cloves

1 Bay Leaf

1 Onion

4–5 Garlic Cloves

1 Inch Ginger Piece

2 Celery Sticks

2 Carrots

1 tsp Salt

12 Glass Water

Instructions

Add everything in a pan

Cook for 5–6 Hours on medium to low heat

Strain the broth

Store in freezer

Use in different recipes or drink as is
