Frittata Di Spinaci

Ingredients:
Eggs: 6
Mushroom: 4–5
Onion: 1 medium
Spinach: 2 cup
Sausage or Meat of your choice: 150g
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs
2. Set them aside
3. Sauté onion, mushrooms, spinach and sausage
4. If you are using a pan that can go in to baking oven add the eggs directly into the vegetables or
5. Shift vegetable and well beaten eggs into an oven safe pan
6. Preheat oven on 350F
7. Bake Frittata for 5–8 minutes
8. Do a clean fork test
9. Take it out of the oven and let it sit for 3 minutes
10. Flip it on a plate
11. Serve as is or with hot sauce, sour cream or any dressing.
