Reshe Wala Haleem Daleem — simple haleem recipe Haleem is made of wheat, barley, meat: usually beef or mutton, lentils and spices. Slow cooked for four to six hours, which results in a paste-like consistency, blending the flavors of spices, meat, barley and wheat.

Ingredients

1 Pack Shan Haleem Mix

2.5 lbs Beef

½ Cup Oil

Onion

Ginger

Green Chili

Cilantro

Water

Instructions

Take ½ Cup of oil in a pan

Add Beef and cook until beef changes color

Add spice pack from the Haleem mix

Cook for 10–15 minutes

Add 15 glass of water and cook until the meat is tender

Take out the beef and add lentil mix from the box in the same water and cook until it is creamy

Add beef and break it down with wooden spoon

Keep mixing until beef and lentils are well combine and creamy

Fry onion and garnish Haleem/Daleem with it along with ginger, green chili and cilantro

Serve with Naan
