Homemade Chili
Ingredients
· 2 lbs Ground Beef
· 1 Onion
· 1 Green Bell Pepper
· 1 Red Bell Pepper
· 3 Celery Stalks
· 1 Can Chili Ready Tomatoes
· 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
· 1 Can Chili Ready Beans
· 1 Can Red Beans
· 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
· 2 Pack Chili Seasoning (5–6 tbsp)
· 1 liter Stock
· Sour cream
· Cheddar cheese
· Spring onion
Instructions
1. Add Beef in a pan
2. Cook until it changes color
3. Add Chili Seasoning
4. Cook for 5–7 minutes
5. Add Vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
6. Add stock and cook for 10 minutes
7. Add Tomatoes, tomato paste and beans
8. Mix well
9. Cover and cook for Minimum 2 hours Maximum 4–5 Hours on low to medium heat
10. Serve warm
11. Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and spring onion
