Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Sausages
- 10 -12 Shrimps
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 3 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Celery Sticks
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 ½ Cup Rice
Instructions
- Soak Rice for 30 Minutes if using Basmati Rice
- In a pan add oil and sausages
- Cook sausages for 3–4 minutes
- Add bell pepper, celery and onion
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add garlic and mix well
- Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes
- Add chicken stock
- Let it come to a boil
- Add strained rice
- Let half of the water evaporate
- Top it with uncooked jumbo shrimps
- Close the lid and cook on lowest heat for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes remove the lid turn off the heat and serve
