Spicy Noodles

INGREDIENTS
- Noodles Pasta
- 2 Cups Rotisserie Chicken you can use fresh raw chicken breast or thigh
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Green Chili
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- Spring Onion
- Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- Salt
- Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil pasta al-dente
- Drain the water
- Run cool water
- Drizzle oil
- Shake well and set aside
- In a pan add oil
- Add garlic and green chili and cook for couple of minutes
- Add Chicken and cook for 5 minutes
- Add all the sauces
- Mix well
- Add bell pepper and carrots cook until soften
- Add salt and pepper
- Cabbage goes in at the end
- Mix well
- Add pasta mix well
- Serve and enjoy
