Vietnamese Spring Rolls

These fresh and healthy Vietnamese spring rolls are made with shrimp, vegetables, herbs, and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper. Serve the spring rolls with peanut sauce


· Rice Paper

· Spinach

· Cucumber

· Tomatoes

· Shrimps or Chicken optional

· Lemon Juice

· Salt

· Pepper

· 1 cup Water

· 2 tbs Soy Sauce

· 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce

· 1 tsp Hot Sauce

· 2 tbs Peanut Butter


1. Cook shrimps or chicken according to your taste

2. Season with lemon, salt and pepper

3. Dip the rice paper into water for 10 seconds

4. Take the rice paper out of water

5. Place the vegetables and meat at one end

6. Make a burrito roll

7. Serve with peanut butter sauce

8. Add water to the pan

9. Add all sauces and peanut butter

10. Simmer for 5 minutes until you get required consistency
